Chef and owner Brian Murphy has enjoyed 23 years and counting in restaurants, resorts, hotels, COCC, and the Cascade culinary institute; as well as a being a personal chef and B&B operator. He has held positions in both front of house and back of house management positions and has years of experience In events, banquets, and catering in oversight, planning, and execution. Starting his career in restaurants in Santa Fe, NM as a young teenager he has loved every minute of the adventure in 3 states 6 cities and more than 40 restaurants during his career so far.
Morsel Maven follows Brian's passion for sustainability in the industry through use of solar/wind powered electric generators at events. Sourcing local and organic produce where possible and Use of compostable and recyclable containers with a focus on waste reduction and minimization. Use of compostable serving containers and ware and composting biproduct is also part of our commitment to being green.
